When ever I see CIBC W.M. on L2...

I get annoyed as they most often seem to be there to ah...... slow things down. Watched them yesterday on another stock and they were almost the only entity on both sides of L2 with the usual 100 share trades. Big muscle on little stocks....to keep them little. So when you get Bay Street looking in and asking questions....I wouldn't assume that they'd be buying at the goin rate. They'd wait a bit if you know what I mean. Just my opinion.
