Montreal, QC / TheNewswire / July 22, 2016 - Golden Hope Mines Limited is pleased to announce that all matters put forward to the shareholders for approval at its 2016 Annual General and Special Meeting ("AGM") held on July 22nd 2016 in Montreal, Quebec were passed.

At the AGM, the following individuals were re-elected as the directors of the Company: Larry Hoover, Chairman, Frank Candido, President, Michael Zurowski, Roy Millington. and Michael Alexander Dehn.

The shareholders further appointed MNP LLP as the auditors of the Company for the current year and the directors were authorized to determine the remuneration to be paid to the auditors.

The shareholders also re-approved the Company's stock option plan.
