Montreal, Quebec / ACCESSWIRE / October 28, 2014 / Golden Hope Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE: GNH) - The Autorite des Marches Financiers ("AMF") has withdrawn all charges brought against Frank Candido, President of Golden Hope Mines Limited ("GNH, or the Company") on February 10, 2014 for having allegedly influenced or attempted to influence the price of GNH shares by improper means on investment discussion websites.

The existence of those charges had been reported by GNH on March 25, 2014 together with the fact that Mr. Candido was contesting the allegations made against him.
