You started out with a loaded question. You well knew the "proof" you were asking for could not be achieved. Circumstantial evidence is not hard proof, but sometimes it can convict. In the case of fraud, it's very unlikely. But you knew that before you asked for proof of manipulation of ECU.

So what's your point in spending so much time and effort chopping away here?

Since you called James Sinclair a bozo, and VHF a communist, you might have to prove those slanderous and libelous comments some day.
