Mark told me that if the merger goes thru he will not have a position with the new company. He said he has an investor relations job offer at another company if this is the case. He also said the new company is not as exciting as ECU at this time. I found Mark to be knowlegeble and much preferred him to when we had a marketing company. I think Mark reads Agoracom from time to time, so Mark, i am sure everyone here wishes you success at your new job (merger permitting), and please post some info on your new company here once you get settled in.
