I begged AUMN management for several years to not waste precious capital on drilling in obscure locations knowing that Rodeo's ore body was limited and that it was the only source of revenue.  Well, now we are here and after Clevenger ignored my common sense advice on an annual shareholder call, they are forced to either issue more stock below 20 cents/share or pray that they can sell some remote properties in order to remain on life support.

Management has been overcompensated for years which also drains capital.  Have you ever seen a public company with a $36MM market cap with seven board members?  This is not only costly but laughable!  What have those astute board members done to deserve their stock, options, and salary???

Unless silver rises above $30/oz. quickly and holds, I think this company will be dissolved.
