Given the limited financial resources available to ECU, a buyout offer will most probably be in shares.

I am sure there will be a windfall profit for us GOG shareholders. However, for us ECU shareholders it would mean there would be a lot of shares hanging above the market for sale, which may put pressure on the ECU SP, because GOG will have to sell the shares to recapitalize itself.

An alternative scenario would be that GOG sells one of its other properties and continues its Joint Venture with ECU. I think that for us GOG shareholders that would the best scenario.
