Hey,

Nice to see you again!! It's been a long time since you posted..or that I have seen, anyway.

Because of the arbittration, we might end up being the operators of the property. As ECU is short of cash.

But I would also say "so are we".

Would there be any chance of getting Rubicon to drill on our property? I have a ton of RBY and know they are right in the middle of a large drill program.

Will you be at the annual meeting?
