I was not saying that ECU would sell their 50% of San Diego for 1 or 2 million. It would be easier for GOG to take over San Diego and develop the property where ECU is going to do nothing because it is working on the Veredera mine as its main project and still has to raise 60-90 million dollars to develop the Veredera mine.

So should GOG wait for ECU to develop its other mine before developing San Diego. If I was ECU I would sell the San Diego property to GOG for 25 million GOG shares. Then ECU can sit and do nothing ( cost them no money to develop) and let GOG develop the San diego property. ECU would get a free ride to make a lot of money on a mine that the plan do nothing in the short term. This would benefit both companies.
