Hi Scout:

Here are the comments I posted on the ECU board - you have probably read this already.

ECU vs GOG

Regardless of who is right or wrong here it is extremely regrettable that the companies have reached such an impasse that they continue to air their dirty laundry in public. We can safely assume that the decision makers in both companies have strategic reasons for acting as they have - promising to adhere to terms of an agreement and then not doing so, making accuations against each other with formal announcements, removing material without notifying the joint owner or whatever else has been going on. These are not stupid people and they are undoubtedly acting with advice from their legal advisors. I also hold both companies' shares based on the apparent value of their proven assets and on the assumption that they would jointly exploit those assets for the benefit of their shareholders. To see them wasting their time, money and abilities on this squabbling will certainly not encourage any new investors to take a position in either company until they announce that they have resolved their differences and are going to concentrate on the work we are paying them to do.
