Those 312,500 of Mr. Chapman's were part of the previous private placement of May 08/2007 which matured.

312,500.00 @ $0.080 CDN 08/May/2007 - 08/May/2008 1 to 1 @ $0.120 CDN http://infoventure.tsx.com/TSXVentur...

Some of those options were granted going back to 2005 at last years AGM (Dec. 2007) Some haven't been exercised in 3 years. Mr. Chapman may be involved with the current private placement.
