Hi eyelive2ryde. You are correct in general, however I would like to point out though that no executive officer of Goldnev since Mr. Dame has taken over has ever received any salary and Mr. Dame has never exercised any options since 2006.

In fact no executive officer of the corporation received in excess of $150k by the way of salary, bonuses or other compensation during the fiscal years of 2006, 2007 or 2008.

Mr Dame although an optimist has stated to me he has no inclination of cashing in as he believes the company will be worth dollars per share in the future.
