as you may be aware I cannot disclose specific information on
upcoming news releases but you can expect that Goldnev will be releasing
news on its conventional oil and gas and unconventional oil shale
projects shortly. 

I know that it has been quite a while since shareholders have received
any information about the activities of the company but as of now you
can expect that to change. I had expected to release information earlier
on the results of our attendance at the oil shale symposium and our
conventional oil and gas projects but for the last two months the
company has been working to decide on its course of action relating to
its conventional and unconventional projects. We now have a plan on how
to proceed.

Up until recently the plan had been to focus on developing the company's
Turner Valley oil and gas interests and pursuing its existing farm-in
arrangements on both Turner Valley and Pasquia Hills. We have now
decided to focus on generating cash flow and revenues as soon as
possible from our conventional oil and gas projects at Pincher Creek and
Noel, both projects of which we have been talking about completing for
the last 1 1/2 years but have not done so for many reasons but mainly
because of the issuance of cease trade orders. We are also currently in
the process of renegotiating our Pasquia Hills earning arrangements to
increase our working interest in the properties but cannot say for
certain if we will be successful. The company is focusing its activities
on continuing to work on completing our scoping and pre-feasibility
study for our Pasquia Hills oil shale project and hope to have it
completed by the middle of next year.
