Mr. Drever has 35 years of international experience in mineral exploration and development and mining operations. Mr. Drever has served as an executive officer and director of a number of public companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange including the Dome Mines Group, Placer Dome Ltd., Blackdome Mining Corporation, DiamondWorks Ltd. and International Antam Resources Ltd. Mr. Drever has extensive experience with international mining corporations in corporate management, strategic planning and corporate development.

Graham C. Thody

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. Thody is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants (“BCICA”) as well as the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He served as a member of the BCICA By-Laws Committee for several years. Mr. Thody has also served as a Director and Executive Member of the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation, as well as the Chair of their Finance Committee. He holds a bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing) from the University of British Columbia. He was a Partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver BC from 1979 to 2007. His practice focused on audits of reporting companies, participation in the Initial Public Offering Process, corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as domestic and international tax matters. He is currently a director of several reporting corporations which are involved in mining exploration and development throughout North, Central and South America.

Wendy Gale Mathison, BSc

Vice President of Operations

Ms. Mathison has a BSc. Geological Science from the University of British Columbia and has more than 25 years of mineral exploration and mining experience. Her breadth of project experience ranges from early reconnaissance exploration to mine commissioning with a specialization in operational management and technical administration of resource definition drilling programs with a focus on advanced stage to mine feasibility projects. Since 2005, Ms. Mathison was the Vice President - Operations of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. where she successfully supervised a technically challenging, multi-million dollar resource definition program in the Lac des Gras region of the North West Territories. Ms. Mathison has also received accreditation as a Six Sigma business improvement expert, coach and trainer. Prior to her position with Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., Ms. Mathison was Senior Contracts and Land Advisor, North America and Europe, for BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc.

Steven B. Simpson

Director

Mr. Simpson has been an Australian certified practicing accountant (CPA) since 1977. He is also a Chartered Secretary and member of the Institute of Directors. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of New South Wales and is a former partner of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP) in both the Australian and Asian markets.

Mr. Simpson sits on the board of publicly listed companies and is a member of audit committees in Singapore for such companies. Mr. Simpson is a principal of Triton Advisory Group, a mergers and acquisitions, fixed income trading, asset management and corporate advisory group located in Singapore

Donald Berkey

After a successful 20 year career in the RCMP Mr. Berkey retired as a Staff Sargent in charge of the Commercial Crime Section for the Province of Manitoba. In 1969 he returned to Vancouver joined Richardson Securities of Canada where he worked for 11 years. He then moved to Canaccord Capital as a stockbroker specializing in the underwriting of junior mining ventures. He retired in 1995 as Vice President, Sales. Since retirement, he has served as a director for several junior mining companies including President Mines and Patricia Mines.

Tinus Maree

Mr. Maree has over 20 years of experience in international finance both as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and as an investment banker. He has served on the boards of private and public companies in South Africa and Canada. He was educated in South Africa and holds bachelor of civil and common law degrees (BCL and LLB) from the University of Pretoria. For the last ten years, Mr. Maree has been a principal and director of the River Group, an international corporate finance advisory firm with offices in South Africa, Cyprus and Canada. In this capacity, he has been involved in numerous multi-jurisdictional transactions in the private equity and public markets in South Africa, Canada and the United Kingdom. These transactions included capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, hostile takeovers and divestitures. He has successfully advised public companies on transactions in the gold, diamond and coal sectors. Most recently, Mr. Maree was a founder, director and the Chief Executive Officer of Rusaf Gold Limited, a successful mineral exploration company with gold assets in Russia and Tanzania that was acquired by Great Basin Gold Limited during the first quarter of 2008.

Eric Friedland

Mr. Friedland has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and development and mining as well as mining finance and is currently the Chairman and CEO of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. (TSX-PGD). Previously Mr. Friedland was the President and Director of Fairbanks Gold Ltd. and played a primary role in the creation, development and financing of the Fort Knox gold discovery in Alaska and the subsequent sale of Fairbanks Gold to Amax Gold Corp. He was formerly CEO and Director of Carson Gold Corp., which explored and developed gold mining assets in Venezuela and subsequently became DiamondWorks Ltd., which under Mr. Friedland’s direction developed two producing diamond mines in Angola and re-opened the Koidu Diamond Mine in Sierra Leone. Mr. Friedland was also a Director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (TSX-IVN, NYSE-IVN) from Ivanhoe's inception to its world-class copper-gold discovery in Mongolia called Oyu Tolgoi. Mr. Friedland has a B.Sc. degree in Geophysics with a minor in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines

Bernard Poznanski

Mr. Poznanski is one of the founding partners of Koffman Kalef, a law firm specialized in business law, and is currently the head of that firm's securities group. Mr. Poznanski acts for a wide variety of companies listed on the TSX, the TSX Venture Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. He has particular expertise in dealing with mining and technology companies and handling companies with international projects. Mr. Poznanski also acts as a director or officer of various publicly-listed companies. Mr. Poznanski holds the following degrees: Bsc. (University of Guelph); LLB (University of Ottawa); and LLM (McGill University).

Mr. Fier has over 25 years of international experience in a senior capacity including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in Brazil, Chile, Honduras, Mexico, and Peru. His extensive experience includes project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis as well as operations management. Mr. Fier is Chief Operating Officer of SilverCrest Mines Inc. and President of Minera Pacific Inc. and has been Chief Geologist with Pegasus Gold Corp., Senior Engineer and Manager with Newmont Mining Corporation and Project Manager with Eldorado Gold Corporation.

Mr. Fier's experience with coal includes Goodrich in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia; Decker Coal in Powder River Basin, Montana; contributed to a feasibility study on a coal mine in British Columbia and consulting with Snowden on a thermal coal project in Australia.
