You are right PG is not even giving us the true value of the Hardrock part of the equation let alone the rest of GRC's assets. All those years with the Brookband and nothing. The May 7 offer gave us shares in PG and most of our assets. Why did PG sell out a few months later. Something very fishy here and we must vote no. A 2/3 vote is required and they won't get it.
