Goldstone to delist from TSX Aug. 19

August 18, 2011 – Goldstone Resources Inc.'s common shares will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, according to the TSX.

As in an Aug. 16, 2011, Premier Gold Mines Ltd. news release, Premier Gold has completed its acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Goldstone. Each Goldstone shareholder has received 0.16 of a Premier Gold share and 0.001 cent in cash for each Goldstone share held.
