Kadywood capital now trading under new ticker symbol GLW.

President David Cohen described company as taking no operating risks. They purchase gold streams. eg - they just paid FNX $400 million up front then will pay $400 an ounce for the gold.

Of note was the reference made of two insiders, Mr. Giustra and Mr. Telfer loading up on units in the shell at 5 cents each.
