The results at a first glance seem very promising to say the least. I am still reading through the annual report (one of many). If you dont have a copy, it can be obtained at:

With regards to a rally, I agree it would be nice to see one. Joseph Schachter had it as his top pick on BNN the last few times he was on. He basically said that "Liked it a long time. Great success in Columbia. Sitting on lots of cash, no debt. Likes current cash flow. Home run potential in Peru. Biggest risk would be country risk if it became so in Columbia. Buy after correction in oil prices".
