Hello, Sent a email to Tom yesterday and asked him a couple of questions.. About the options, the new guy, the mill deal, the Lima listing and why it is was important (I talked to him 2-3 weeks ago and it was 99 % finsihed, the only thing left was to sign a contract with a market maker). And finally some about Glencore who wants to buy the tailings..
The answer I got
The change of director is just the first step in a much larger move to changes on the board. This is all related to things we have been working on from the corporate side.
In no particular order:
Lima listing is very close and has been for the last 2 months. The issue has been and still is having a market maker in place to handle the trades from Peru. We have had to file more paper work than we first thought and have decided to get a listing on the Pink Sheets at the same time. The Lima listing is important as every fund in Peru is required to purchase stock in companies listed on the Lima exchange. The investment community in Peru are very aware of the properties we have and are interested in seeing us listed.
The mill situation is simple but complicated all at the same time. We have done a deal with a group who own a mill and is on property we own, but there is a dispute between the owners of the mill and this is delaying transfer of the mill to us. We are looking at buying another mill and having it shipped to the property. We believe that like Gold Hawk who just went into production with one of the 5 mines that operated in the area, that we can produce right away from these mines. This is what we are going to do.
Glencore is very interested in our tailings and would like to do a deal but at this time they have not offered anything firm. We will custom mill ore we have stock piled as soon as we have the mining permit that is required. This is expected any day. Land purchased and being transfered has a mining permit on it and will be used for this purpose.
The CXL of the options was a corporate move as they are not needed at this time and can be reset if they are needed.
There will be a great deal of NR over the next month concerning production, exploration, corporate, and land.
Thanks
Tom
This looks really really good to me, every piece will fall in place soon. With all the insider buying that the management been doing IN THE MARKET lately and not through any options (havent seen anything at this magnitude from another junior management) they know what kind of property it is, and I believe they have a great plan for it :)
Looking forward for a really exciting time with Grenville, this gonna be one hell of a play I believe when everything falls in its place.. Hey what is the MC now ? 10-11 mill ? right now you can say GVG´s valuation is the same as if they didnt own Silveria.. The level of the share price right now is a gift..
