Hello everyone,
During Grenville Gold's first quarter (2008), the Company will likely meet in
strength two important share triggers: Silveria property drilling and
Lima Stock Exchange listing. Let's focus on the latter. The following
are synergistic elements that might render an important market
capitalization increase that is, with a Peruvian Stock Exchange listing
(BVL).
Highest Grade and the Richest Silver Mines in Peru's History!
Paul Gill: "We have gone from an inactive diamond explorer in Canada to
being at the leading edge of one of the biggest stories in Peru on
silver in the last 10 or 20 years. These particular mines are already
identified, the Pacococha and Millotingo mines as the highest grade and
the richest mines in Peru's history in regards to their production of
silver."

market, and it expanded to Lima to get ready for the start of gold
production at its Peruvian mine Corihuarmi in the first quarter of
2008. Company officials said crushing equipment is already in place and
gold production could start as early as February at the mine, which is
expected to produce 35,000 ounces in 2008.
Unlike other so-called junior miners that focus on exploration of mineral
deposits, IRL works on both exploration and production.
"We'll be a gold producer that's making money essentially right away," IRL
Executive Chairman Courtney Chamberlain told Reuters on Thursday. "And
once we start producing, we will move to the big board in Lima so that
pension funds in Peru will be able to invest in us."
As Peru is in its sixth year of strong economic growth, Peruvian pension
funds are flush with cash and looking to make new investments in the
stock market, analysts say.
"This gives local people who know us a chance to invest in us," Chamberlain said.
Assets under management by private pension funds, to which private-sector
Peruvian workers must contribute, are growing about 40 percent a year
and currently total $20 billion, according to the industry's
association in Peru."

International Liquidity and Stable Peru Economy to Benefit Lima Stock Exchange
"Lima, Jan. 04 (ANDINA).- The Lima Stock Exchange (or BVL for its spanish
acronym) will be benefited in 2008 by the important international
liquidity, which is available in emerging markets, and the good
performance of Peruvian economy, stated today Chief Economist of the
BBVA Banking Group, José Luis Escrivá.
He emphasized the continuity of an important level of liquidity in world
markets despite the US crisis, this liquidity is ready to be invested
through into investment funds, insurance companies, and others.
“I don’t think there will be a lack of funds or investment flow in 2008, so I’m not worried about this”, he said.
Escrivá added that Peruvian economy will continue to increase this year, and this will be reflected in the BVL.
However, he warned that there are some stocks in the region that have little
liquidity, such as the BVL, that can lead to abnormally high prices of
shares; therefore, we have to be careful with investments in the
country.
BVL reported a 36 percent profitability this year, marking the the sixth
year in a row of growth. 2002' percentage was 18.32; while from 2003 to
2006 it reached 74.93, 52.37, 29.43 and 168.30 percent in each year,
respectively."

in copper and gold. 50 percent of its equity trading applies to mining
companies whose businesses are flourishing. An end to this boom is not
in sight for the short term, even though the stock market with a
current average price-earnings ratio of 27 based on extended profits,
and a 4.4 percent dividend yield seems only conditionally favorable."
Analysts forecast silver prices in the $15-30/oz range

"Wallace, Idaho (Platts)--3 Jan 2008
Silver, which is revered by some investors as the "poor man's gold," is
in for a Nantucket sleigh-ride of price action in 2008, according to
market-watchers polled by Platts; these analysts are forecasting annual
average silver prices as high as $30.00/oz this year.
"I'm looking for a clean double [of the price of silver] this year," said
John Embry, a partner in the Toronto-based Sprott Assett Management. "We're in
the early throes of a serious monetary debasement. It will attract investment
in precious metals, and silver [will] be the major beneficiary, trading up as
much as a buck in a single day."
Embry continued: "Demand for silver is solid, but you can't get more
production. Labor shortages in the mining sector are a critical issue. Silver
is a coiled spring [that is ready to unwind], and the everyday market doesn't
have a clue. I'm predicting $30/oz [silver price] this year."
Jeffrey Christian, managing director of the New York-based metals
consultancy CPM Group, who is not as bullish as Embry, noted that the silver
price should average in the mid-teens for 2008.
"It's easy to be bullish [on silver] today," said Christian. "Our
published projection for 2008 [which was made around mid-2007] is $15.63/oz
for the average. We are looking for higher prices, based primarily on strong
investment demand. You have a number of investors who are buying silver for
same reason they're buying gold: They don't believe financial assets are
safe."
Christian continued: "The price of silver has risen to a very high level,
but it's nowhere near the record highs you're seeing in gold and platinum.
Silver will play catch-up." A big boost for silver demand will come from the
newly-created, silver-backed exchange traded funds in Europe, he noted."
