The following is Grenville Gold's new share structure (from the Company Web site), it includes todays announced 1.5 M additional options:

Issued and outstanding: 30,251,512

Warrants: 3,882,964

Options: 3,075,000

Fully diluted: 37,209,476

(as of January 14, 2008)
