ABOUT GRENVILLE

Grenville Gold Corp. is a Vancouver-based junior public company acquiring and developing precious and base metals deposits in South America. The growth strategy is focused on the acquisition of advanced exploration, near production, and past producing deposits with strong potential for near-term, low cost production.

Our goal is to create value for our shareholders through the acquisition and exploration of high quality advance precious and base metals targets in South America. We strive to advance the development of our project portfolio in a timely and cost-effective manner, while incorporating industry "best paractices" and the highest ethical standards.

Presently the company has 5 projects, three of which are in Peru and two in Ecuador. During 2007, the company will advance each of these projects towards production through 43-101 compliant exploration programs.
