I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Gryphon Gold Announces Management Changes; Appoints James T. O'Neil Jr. as Interim CEO and Director

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2012) - The Board of Directors of Gryphon Gold Corporation (TSX:GGN)(OTCBB:GYPH) announces the termination of employment by mutual agreement of John L. Key, Chief Executive Officer, who has also resigned as a director. The Board of Directors also announces the termination of employment by mutual agreement of John K. Key, General Manager of Borealis Mining Company, our wholly-owned subsidiary. Both of these terminations are effective immediately.

The Company announces the appointment of James T. O'Neil Jr., Chief Financial Officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. O'Neil was also appointed to the Board of Directors. Marvin Kaiser, Director, was appointed as Chairman of the Board.
