Mr. Bondy LLB recently retired Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. where he spent over 30 years in the Securities Group and Corporate Law Group in the Toronto office. His practice involved acting for public and private companies, as well as investment dealers, with a particular focus on public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory requirements, corporate reorganization and corporate governance.
Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant. Mr. Marrelli is currently a partner with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services, a corporate services firm (2004 to present) and was previously an accountant with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (2000 to 2004). Mr. Marrelli also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several other public junior mining companies.
