Keep in mind that at 0.90 HRT had a market cap of $122MM+. Was that justified? There are fundamentals to keep in mind as well here.

But agreed in the buy and hold arena that you have to find 'em at the ground level and move from there. I was told about HRT at 0.18 and I didn't have the time to act on it so I just never bought it.
