I've noted alsothat at the current price,whatever it is, there's almost always more in the "Ask"than the "Bid", often 2-to-1, ie 50 K @1.64 Ask, 20 K @162 Bid, last price 1.63.

But stepback from the 'rock face' that is , the last price, and the Bids ALWAYS outnumber the Asks, usually by 3-to-1 or more. Continuing the above eg., 150 K at Bid prices 1.58-1.62, 50K at Ask prices of 1.64-1.69.

People who are able (ie with both the means and inclination) to are holding this under water....why?

At present, my Bid is in at just under the current 200-WEEK MA, of 1.59.....after all, HAT's hit the best grades an independent U co. has EVER repoerted.
