Niger Uranium has some low grade uranium finds, with a resource of c 2mlbs so far, and a much larger mcap per lb of Uranium than Hathor. HAthor's got to be cheap at below 1.40.

Hathor's shorts have risen over the last month roughly equal to the daily volume, and the RSI went down to oversold around 28. But lots of stocks are developing large short positions through August.
