Sigh...maybe the time will come ( but I hope not!) to brush the dust off my copies of the "Oppression" sections of the Corporations Act...and maybe the Class-Action Sections of the Rules of Civil Procedure will deserve a glance too, if such a time should come.

After all, there's no such thing as a "friendly shareholder"....
