Strange to think that this stock

Was worth more two weeks ago...

So what's the explanation? is this a "real" bona fide market price between strangers....or a criminal collusion btween "buyers" and "sellers" (perhaps actually the same party, wearing two masks?) to set a bogus price - with the Regs only lacking the evidence to prosecute?
