Perhaps the best explanation for this stock's price doldrums is the "people are idiots" theory.

Plus I guess that HAT's "poison pill" does nothing to encourage the natural buyers of this resource to attempt to buy control by open market operations rather than through negotiation with HAT management of the price to be paid.

To that extent, the daily share price is irrelevant to the end game: what shall HAT be paid for this deposit?
