Insider Trading

Actually, not much going on that I can see. Some new options at $1.90. Nothing exercised. Unfortunate that our stock was trading at those valuations, but still not unfairly done. To make themselves rich, they'll have to make us rich, too. They'll have to pony up money, as well. What Insider Trading?

As a small investor, not a daytrader, I've figured out the hard way that it doesn't pay to move in and out of positions too frequently. I buy the trends and patterns in companies. Three trends I like about this one: 1) Uranium itself becoming increasingly in demand by the day, the number of nuclear reactors is increasing, and a worldwide energy squeeze is on the make. 2) Geography. The Athabasca Basin. Some of the world's most successful uranium mines past and present. Some of the richest grades in the world. A history in the area of stable uranium mining and infrastructure. This is as good as it gets. 3) History of exploration. Companies successful at exploration continue to be successful at exploration, given available funding and momentum. These companies already have the properties, they just have to find more, and there tends to be more. That's the pattern. Hathor just proved the pattern with their end of year 2009 exploration release. They also have the funding and momentum to continue to find more uranium.

Tha't my two bits!
