Hawk Quits Noront JV On Disappointing Results.

This might be so, but there may be an alternative reason.

Noront after the recent debarcle, now has certainly three dodgy characters on it's board, possibly, Hawk has decided that distance is the prefered option.

As to paying the outstanding with shares, gives the locals a drink; 4X value?; and does not replete short resources.

Possibly more, I will have a look this w/e and report back....never enough time...
