The reason I think this is interesting news? It scared me to think that Hawk ran out of money and could not pay the bills. Than I realised these shares represent a value roughly 2 and a 1/2 times our present value. HMMMMM. What was Hawk able to tell/show these credittors that they essentially allowed 40% payment of the bill to clean the slate..
