It might be the Richard Nemis factor, as CEO of Noront he amalgamated 15 companies as Joint Venture partners with Noront.

He retired gracefully from Noront after an attempted take-over by Rousseau, fund managers, Noront was vunerable due to the company articles not stating that unvoted shares would vote with existing management.

Rousseau forced a vote and got three directors on Noront's board, all three had been directors at Aurelian where they sold the retail shareholders down the river.

Hell up at Noront now, no drill results reported, Agoracom contract cancelled, totally ignoring the retail shareholders, etc., etc..

Draw your own conclusions but Richard Nemis is highly respected by all and sundry, my estimation of Hawk has gone up since I learnt that he is onboard.
