Prior to that, Mr. Baker was our Chief Financial Officer from May 2001 to June 2003; Chief Operating Officer from November 2001 to May 2003; and Vice President from May 2001 to November 2001. Prior to joining us, Mr. Baker served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Battle Mountain Gold Company (a mining company) from March 1998 to January 2001 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pegasus Gold Corporation from January 1994 to January 1998. Mr. Baker also serves as a director for Questar Corporation (a Utah natural gas, pipeline and exploration and development company).
