They certainly used to be looked at as a takeover candidate because they were very cash rich and just sat on it. Someone could have almost bought them out with their own money. Since the new CEO came on board things have changed and they are getting more active in acquisitions, JV's, etc. Very nice upward momentum with the share price lately and I think they are looking at more acquisitions in the short term. Something sure seems to be working.
