Last I have heard is they are waiting for two things. One is money - they are searching for a source (to take the device to final production) and the global meltdown has hindered things. Second is they figure why send out notices and share (certificates) when they can do it all in one swoop, once they get some money injected. They are kind of in the chicken and egg syndrome and financing/cash injection is necessary before we move forward unfortunaely.
