Just a thought, but when going to the regulatory bodies etc for a warrant repricing, does it now have to reflect the currnet market pricing and or average trading prices over so many days/closes. Also with a factor of some future higher price to reflect the element of time working for the investment to appreciate.

So as much as saying $1.50 looks like hell and sends out the message that the company doesn't see a lot of price appreciation going forward, maybe this is simply a number derived by some formula accepted by the powers that be. As I wrote earlier, it's better than repricing at a buck. But having thought about it, maybe its par for the course when we are trading at the .75 to .95 groove for so long. You get what you get?

Repricing warrants is right up there with extending the warrant expiry dates as we have seen done on the past.

Actually it is written very poorly. A little heavy on the ammended, as ammended, to be ammended language.

"In addition, the Corporation is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to amend the exercise price of 2,305,625 outstanding common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Corporation, which were issued in connection with the Corporation's May 2007 private placement financing. Each Warrant, as amended, entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Corporation at any time until the close of business on May 8, 2010 at an exercise price of $3.50 per common share. The Warrants will be amended, effective December 2, 2009, to amend the exercise price of such warrants to $1.50. All other provisions of the Warrants will remain the same. There are no insiders of the Corporation who hold Warrants."
