Ron,

Some comments I posted on the other side. Post here for info and comments/speculations.

- 1. Not bad at all for a FT @1.00 while the current is in the low 60s. The tax break must be in the range of some 40%? It's a coup for management. A bit of dilution, but @ 1.00, it would be fine for $7M.

Who would  be the buyer? A short list would include
G, Osisko, and may be PRB. G may just want in with something like 1.4%FD (7M/500Ms) to keep an eye on ICG. Osisko has the NSR, but has the cash and want more? (it has 11%QMX). Same thing with PRB (it has 11% QMX for $1.5M) but not sure if it wants to spend the $7M on ICG (unless it wants to park its money somewhere as an investment, currently it has over $30M cash).

- Reason for bringing in QMX?
QMX was rising from the ashes and started to explore again. Top target is the Southweastern claims which just sit next to Auramaque/Donald/MacGregor. ICG exploration in the Aumaque Property (67,000  non-NI  oz) would help QMX drilling program, and vice versa?

- Donald old drill results: Some historical data show high grade (No. 1005: 20.0 gpt over 0.7m, and 6.86 gpt over 1.07m which are not bad,... not bad at all, NR 18 Jan 2012). Hope that ICG woud have something compatible with their recently completed drilling.
