TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 30, 2011) - INV Metals Inc. ("INV Metals") (TSX:INV - News) is pleased to announce it has completed the previously announced sale of the Lansdowne House property, located in northwestern Ontario, to Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. ("Anglo Swiss") (TSX VENTURE:ASW - News). INV Metals received 11,950,774 common shares of Anglo Swiss valued at $1,446,360 in exchange for its 100% interest in the Lansdowne House property and retains a 1% net smelter return royalty on those claims not already subject to a royalty.
