Number of shares: 6.75 million flow-through shares

Purchase price: 20 cents per share

Hidden placees: 12

Insider participation: Richard Kusmirski, 225,000; Dave Billard, 100,000; Northwind Resources Ltd. (Mr. Kusmirski and Mr. Billard), 70,000; Cathy Lashta, 25,000

Finder's fee: $17,500 payable to Limited Market Dealer Inc.; $58,660 payable to Toll Cross Securities Inc.
