I've got a gut feeling that the play for KWG by Cliffs is coming. Cliffs wants the chrome but not the diamonds.

When DD is put on the market I believe Cliffs will make an offer for KWG soon after. Frank Smeenk and other insiders will have a vehicle to move to and KWG will be taken over by Cliffs.

This is not a bad idea as long as KWG shareholders are treated fairly for their investment. A 43-101 for our JV (Big Daddy) would help tremendously but I don't think we will see one before the offer is made.

Does anyone else have this feeling to?
