StevieRay. Mr Chairman, it might not be wise to take over KWG at this point. As an American company, we need a Canadian presence to assist with government funding, permitting etc. Without that aid I see our 5 year plan being pushed back. They've been a great help to us and we can reward them for it when the time is right. Spider, on the other hand, is a different story. I agree with Crazytrade, and say an offer in the .25 cent range would be a good place to start. Keep in mind their 43-101 is due out at the end of April.
