Greetings Storm!

At first I was a little unsettled that Spider was halted and not KWG. I was afraid that SPQ was going to do a turnaround on Cliff's offer. Now I see that both are halted and I am feeling a little better.

So far I have gotten 2 calls from Cliff's indicating that I would be well advised to take the 19 cents. I will go with my gut on this and have already voted for the merger. I believe there is a lot more value than what Cliff's is indicating. I am sure that you no doubt feel the same way.....
