At first blush i see much upside to the kwg direction. I have one question thou. To control the railway right of way is essential for leverage in negotiations with cliffs pertaining to big daddy. The special shares would make a great way to fund the rail bringing in institutional investors and putting the shares through ccc would not dilute normal kwg shares, probably help the price of regular kwg shares. My question is : If these special shares are put on the open market , What would stop Cliffs from buying up a majority or major holding of special shares taking control of the railroad and thus minnimizing kwg leverage of minning big daddy??? Other than this i can see a lot of up side with this way forward . Ex: Taking advantage of moving in and out of 50 to 1 shares back and forth depending on price differences... Moving the rail forward gaining big investors moving all stock forward. ..Spinning out other companies giving out free shares... Maybe creating dividend giving stocks.These special shares would allow us to leverage our holdings to increase our personal kwg shares. The cliffs thing scares me thou ,so i will talk with kwg management on this issue and report back to this sites' readers.
