What does McGuinty's resignation mean for Ring of Fire?

Politics can dramaticly affect economics. What is your thinking going forward? Will this only delay the Ring of Fire development as the parties struggle for power? Or will McGuinty push whatever he wants with respect to the Ring of Fire as he has nothing to lose at this point?
