RE: does CLF still owe money to KWG for exploration expenses which were supposed to be shared?

I would think that they do. We were told that they refused to pay their share of the expenses and that KWG raised money to pay the debt whether that be to drilling contractors, camp personnel, transportation in and out of the region etc. So, if that is correct then it sounds like Cliff's does still owe KWG.
