Alright Ms Kitty heard you, "$1B committed with or without the Feds money", but it's interesting to note: "But officials said they haven't decided where or when they'll start building the route, or how they'll find another $1 billion to complete it in a remote region of northern Ontario if Ottawa won't provide the funds".

Just wondering if the Province will only do the highways leading to cities located some hundreds km southe of the RoF and leave it up to the Fed to fund the rest to hook up to the RoF?

Also just wondering if the PC would come out with a plan before the debate to make it more interesting without Hudak being there. I would say... send in MPP Vic Fedeli, or get ready to comment, or release a $1.1B detailed proposal, with Feds support for matching funds of another $1.1 B or more, after the debate. Better still, realease the plan right in the middle of the debate, as "breaking news" and alert (Twitter?) the Moderator of the debate, so he/she could include this item in the debate between Ms Kitty and Andrea. That's would be fun, LOL!
