KWG is the majority and controlling shareholder of DDI. As a result, they are obligated by early warning regulations to notify minority shareholders of their plans to potentially liquidate "in whole or in part". KWG did not liquidate their DDI holdings in whole, although they may have liquidated in part. We'll have to wait until the annual financials are reported to know just how much they may have sold, but I really don't think they unloaded a significant proportion of their holdings in DDI. The volume just wasn't there in total, let alone by a single house on the sell side.
