Is this a smoke screen bill to lessen the enviromental restrictions and lose the red tape with assessments and to acquire the land needed to finally start things in the North. Without mention to it and all attention focused on the 413 is this the beginning of bypassing tribal lands to aquire the land before assessments are complete?

One has to wonder as Ford has made some huge promises to different groups and I would bet he is feeling the heat from them in regards to the ability to mine the north. No sense having a Battery Plant in Windsor if there is no material to supply it. 

i am going to bet this is the real meaning of this new bill, the appropriation of land needed without assessments completed. Ford committed to this road and hydro lines are also worded in the new bill. look forward to the opening of the north. Buy now because in the next few years it will become expensive.
